All fees are during normal business hours / non-rush. However we gladly assist with after hours & rush Notary / Apostille requests. Those fees will be discussed during appointment scheduling.
TRAVEL FEES (CALL FOR EXACT QUOTES):
Travel: Minimum travel fee starts at $60 (please inquire with address and time for an exact rate)
Remote Online Notary (RON) Services: $76+
APOSTILLE SERVICES:

LOAN CLOSINGS: All loan closing fees include print (up to 150 pages, overnight shipping, (when label provided), assisted signing with a certified loan closing expert.
Refinance / Purchase: $175+ up to two signers

Estate Planning signing (individual): $150

Estate Planning signing (couple): $250
Assisted Signing Fee: $25+ (Non notarized set of documents ensuring all paperwork is executed properly)
Additional Witness: $70 per witness
Wait Fees: After our 15 minute grace period we charge in increments of 10 minutes. $20.00 every 10 minutes.
Same day print fee: $20+
Scan backs: $25+
FedEx / UPS drop (label must be provided): $25
Late cancel: If an appointment is cancelled with less than an hour notice we request the travel fee be paid in full.
Client no show / Refusal to Sign: Full quoted fee due.
Half of fees due up front for the following appointments: Jail, court, prison, or any meetings at a requested social area.
All fees subject to change. These are base fees and each circumstance may impact the cost.
Payments: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, cash, invoice (businesses) and by check.
Please note: All invoices are expected to be paid net 15. If payment is not received within 30 calendar days a late penalty can be applied to your invoice.
